Here's my latest one, I've always like toyota pickups so I nabbed this kit as soon as I saw it. its a 80-92 Hilux 4x4 upgraded by japan tuning company Hot Company.

its going to be pretty much box stock except for some color changes (don't like the light blue body and purple shock absorbers). I wanted this to be an offroader but also a show car so going with chrome suspension arms and painted suspension parts.

started with the body first, mr. surfacer primer, gunze metallic black which looks more like gunmetal and then "titanium" 2k clearcoat all done on a sunday and buffed out the following day. I love my food dehydrator :D Quite happy with how the paint turned out.

All the lights have been painted and the instruction called for clear lenses all around. I like the look of the stock orange lights though. Gave the grill a wash as well and it turned out great.

Instructions called for "altezza" style lights where you paint the red on the reflectors and leave the lenses clear. I decided to paint the lens the stock colors instead.

the wheels were a tad bit too shiny and toy-like so I gave that a black wash as well

I thought this was a funny shot. My highest model together with my lowest model which is almost complete. The pgc10 fits right under the hilux.
