Front axel
Can anyone tell me if the front passenger side axel is fairly easy to change or not? The speed ring is broken and the cost factor of changing the ring and the axel is only $20. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Re: Front axel
Front axle shaft is not hard to change (if you have the tools and some mechanical experience). Just like other front wheel drive cars.
There is a large socket needed and getting the shaft out of the rotor might be tricky. Takes about a half hour to remove, a little more to put back.
I don't think there was a speed ring on mine.
