Ok, so this is a direct re-ask of a question I just read on the forum, but in following the request that we not re-hash old threads, here it is for my own clarification....

I have pulled out the actuator, and even though I can't get it all the way apart, I can see into it well enough that I can tell that the gear is broken, much like the picture posted by HotZ28. Hopefully, if I replace this, I will get air out of the middle vents... Ya Hoo...

Here is the re-ask:

What I pulled out looks like the Rock Auto picture for part #1612492, with the arm, and all, but it also looks like the picture for #16141822, but it shows it from the other side. Presumeably, they are both similar, and the one for the CJ2 option also has that arm on the top side, right? That would be the one I need, according to HotZ28's response in an older thread, but I just want to make sure, since they are different enough to be $10 different in price.

Thanks, and I appreciate all of the help from this board.

The actuator referenced in the previous post, is used for hot/cold blend between the heater core & A/C evaporator and has nothing to do with air flow direction. You must have a vacuum problem @ the programmer, or feeding the programmer.
