03 Durango SLT Plus window issues (it ain't the regulator)

My front passenger-side window only goes down, so I replaced the entire regulator assembly and it still only goes down

Next, I removed the connector on the end of the wiring in the truck and also removed the opposite connector from window motor so I could connect the wires directly. When I reverse the wires, pushing the button in the down position makes the window go up, but pushing it up, it does nothing.

I now know the motor is fine because it works in both direction. I also swapped out the switch for a new one, but it still only works in the down position.

NOTE: When I try the driver's side master switch, it doesn't function at all - the window neither goes up or down.

Does the master switch control or provide voltage somehow to the passenger-side and thus, it could be the master switch causing the problem, or is there something else I can try?

Thanks.
