You could do a swap and put an h22a or h22b in the car which is a prelude engine.

anyways...power is good, but don't forget about suspension components.
because if you can't put the power to the ground, what's the point of all that extra horses :)

if you are not going to do an engine swap, it's always good to start with the basics.
intake, header, and exhaust

for suspension, also start with the basics
new springs and struts.
stiffen up the frame with struts tower bars
get some grip from new and bigger tires and rims.
