Cracked sway barskora 04-21-2009, 02:41 PM My mechanic found a crack in the sway bar of my 04 regal last time it was in and I didn't have the money to get it fixed then. Its time now and the dealership wants to charge my mechanic $200 for the bar alone. But I don't want to replace the hollow tube that cracked with another hollow tube. For that much, I'm hoping I can get an aftermarket bar that isn't hollow. So if someone could direct me towards a etailer that might have this part, I'd appreciate it. My searches didn't find anything in the aftermarket sections and to be honest, I don't know anything of whats good and what isn't for performance parts. If I have to go with a OE part, will this work? http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/prt,42,927100 Thanks for taking the time to read this, Skora BNaylor 04-21-2009, 06:36 PM So if someone could direct me towards a etailer that might have this part, I'd appreciate it. The PFYC is the right price and will surely be worth the extra $70 over the fragile tubular stock replacement. Thanks a ton, Skora vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
