I have a 1999 Ranger 4.0 V6 OHV and I have antifreeze spraying out at the back of the passenger side head. Not sure if its a head gasket or if the head is cracked in the back. It looks like its spraying higher than were the head meets the block like there might be a crack by the valve cover. Just wander if anyone has had this problem or if they know of any common problem with these 4.0 of have this problem? Please any help?

Get a mirror and have a look. Could be a coring plug (freeze plug) needs replacing.

Pressure tested the Ranger found the back lower intake gasket went bad tor down the top of the engine and replaced the gaskets put back together everything fine.
