Unhappy Plastic Fuel Tank?

I've got a '99 ZR2 extended cab pickup and the tank is leaking at the seam. I would like to replace the tank with a new plastic one but haven't had much luck in finding any. Suggestions?

Re: Plastic Fuel Tank?

Certain 4DR models used plastic tanks and mounted them midship inside the frame rail. Not sure about 2DR models, I have only seen steel tanks mounted aft axle on them. You might find something aftermarket on eBay though.

Re: Plastic Fuel Tank?

03-05 ZR2 blazers used a plastic tank, not sure about the trucks. I thought 02-03 S10 ZR2's had plastic tanks as well.
