Cam Sensor Replace

have a 95 park ave.ultra.i have a code for cam sensor probelm.took old cam sensor out-used a mirror to look in cam sensor hole for the button on the cam gear-cranked engine over till i saw the button-installed new sensor-test lighted the cam sensor plug in wires-A,B wires showed 6.6 volts-B,C wires showed 11.5 volts-KOEO-never checked nothing at the PCM-still has a miss when check engine light is on-light comes on and off alot-any ideas?

I literally just had the same problem. Check for melted/corroded wires to the cam sensor. Mine were melted together causing the sensor to fail. Fixed the short and replaced the sensor and she's running like a champ. I have a 95 PA Ultra BTW.
