94 Camry ignition switch where is it? or is that my problem. read my explaination

I have been trying to trouble shoot a problem. First off, It would crank and start fine until you moved it, but you could jiggle the wires at the battery and it would start up. So I took those apart replaced the what seemed to be bad connector. cleaned everything up grease it up and such. Thats good now. Well it did it again, So i figured the starter might be bad because I tapped on it and it crank right over and started.Well it did it again, turn the key and nothing no clicking no nothing. So in my trouble shooting. I took a handheld starter button, jumped the starter motor and it cranked, hooked it back up hit the key switch, Nothing lights come on in the dash but won't crank. Samething nothing I also took my circuit tester and put it on the starter wire no juice.
So I have come to the conclusion it would have to be the igniton switch. unless somebody here with more toyota experience than I knows of something else.

Try replacing the starter relay. May be the solenoid contacts, but try the relay first.

I'll test it if I can find out where that is located.

Starter relay is in black box by battery.

Could also be your neutral safety switch.

Download the '94 Camry manual from the link in the sticky post at the top of this forum.

Well I narrowed down the problem. After I had removed the igniton switch took it apart and cleaned the contacts. Put it all back together. Started fine until I drove it around the block, then it wouldn't start again. So I just barely pulled back on the shifter while turning the key and waalaa it cranks, apparently the Neutral Safety switch is worn just enough to break contact, causing it not to allow it to start. So it's the neutral switch. Thanks for the info Brian R.
