01 blazer only starts with starter fluid

changed fuel regulator and now has good fuel pressure but does not start on its own but stays running once started cranksensor and cam sensor good and has power to fuel injector but no start without help

What is the fuel pressure reading on a cold start?
What engine?
What aid are you using to get it started?

You need 60 to 65 psi to start what is your readings?
