Angry 93 Geo Metro Won't Crank

My husband recently replaced the clutch on our 1993 Geo Metro 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder engine. He put everything back together but we have no power whatsoever. No lights, no dash lights, no crank, nothing. He believes some of the wires may be crossed. Any advice or detailed photos of a working 93 engine specifically showing the wiring would be appreciated. I apologize if I'm not more specific but my husband speaks French and I'm trying to translate the technical words to the best of my ability. This is my only car and I really need it back ASAP, thank you for all your help.

check the fuse box inside the engine compartment. It's on the drivers side infront of the strut tower. Take the black plastic cover off and check the fuses. You more than likely blew the main "bat" fuse.

Do this first.

Also make sure the ground cable was re-installed on the trans.

Ok who was on the money? Me with the blown fuse, or Johnny with the ground wire??

Sorry I didn't say which one. It was the main "bat" fuse. Changed it and it started right up. Thanks again.
