hood latch 1988 buick regal

hi

does anyone have any advice about getting the hood of my 88 buick regal open?

apparently the cable attachment inside the car broke. i am trying to get to the wire to move the latch manually. it seems if i could somehow get the grill off, then i could get to the latch. the grill seems to be attached by 6 screws. however, i don't recognize the type of screw head. it is not a phillips, and it is not an allen either.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

thanks to all!

Can't say for sure, but I'd have to guess that they are a torque bit.
