Surges while on the highway while accelerating what to do?

I think you should fix the surging problem. Thats about all I can tell you given the such brief explanation.

What engine?
What transmission?
Any CELs?
Does it surge during deceleration?
Does it surge at a certain speed(s)?
Does it only surge on the highway?
Does it surge only after the engine has been brought up to operating temp?
When was the last time plugs, wires, and fuel filter were replaced?
Does the fuel level seem to have any effect on the surging?

Sorry posted in a hurry last night
Is
4 cyl OHV,
Automatic,
CEL... No
Dose not surge during decel
Surges at anything above 30mph
Mostly on the highway( at least this is the most noticeable)
(3/4 or full throttle)
Surges once up to temp
Tune up dove with in the last 30K belt too.
Will surge with full or empty tank

Sounds like it may be misfiring or detonating. I'd pull your plugs and see what they look like. Check the gap too.

thanks the next day i did a fuel filter and it fixed it right up. thanks again.
