1997 GTP problem

I have 1997 GTP, it starts fine when I first start it but if I turn it off and start it again shortly after(say I go to the store of something) it kinda stutters, the RPM needle drops really low and slowly jumps up, any idea what it could be?

It would help to post your mileage and when the last tune was done. Plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc.?
