Big Bumpers 1988 GTI

hello peeps i`ve got an 1988 Golf 16 valve and am interested in putting big bumpers on it. If anyone knows of any draw backs or hints they would be very grateful.
Cheers

Get OEM bumpers with big rebars and newer fender clips.

exactly...

there's really no modification, b/c you're simply swapping them for the new ones...

makes a hell of a difference...

if you don't have the black arches around your wheel wells, you may want to get them though, as they really help blend the bumpers in, especially the rear one...
