My van is making engine noise. Sounds similiar to when my ceiling fans bearings went bad or were unbalanced. Like a low pitch rattling noise. I hear it the loudest when car is in R,Drive, especially when stopped at a light. Dont hear it as much or at all when in park or neutral.
