Are you referring to a safety inspection? I would have to say "no" as i would follow the expiration date on your windshield sticker if you have one, or your state/province administers one. Providing the vehicle was stored properly, there shouldn't be much concerns, especially with modern cars. I would enlist the help of somebody to check the lights to make sure they all still work, do a thorough "look-over" of the vehicle and take it for a test drive,( if still registered.) That's what i have done over the years that I have stored vehicles over the winter and then brought them out of storage in the spring.
