What is the difference between a ecu p30 a010 and an ecu p30 a000? I couldn't find information online.

This is the correct question sorry but im correcting ahead of time. What is the difference between a ecm (p30-000) and ecm (p30-010)? Can ecm (p30-010) be used legally for 95 del sol, ca B16a3 dohc v-tec engine with M/T.
