ODBII question

Didnt know where to put this one. Can a check engine light be reset by the ODBII scan tool while plugged in?

Re: ODBII question

Yes it can! But, if the problem that caused the check engine light to come on is not fixed in the first place, the check engine light will come back to haunt you untill the problem is fixed.
