I've had the rubber hose going to the trans cooler fail twice ( passenger side both times ) First time the hose was old with signs of dry rot , replaced with new topped off the fluid every thing ran fine.
A day or so later the same hose burst again , bad hose ?
Replaced the hose a second time , top off the fluid everything worked ok . he drove the truck about 50 miles no problems .
The next day he drives about 10 miles then the truck wont move in any gear , after letting it sit for a few minutes start it up and it would work fine for a few minutes did this several time till I could get it off the main road . Any Ideas
Thanks Jared

My brother had a similar problem with his 93 chrysler dynasty(minus the blown hoses). I wouldn't go into drive unless it was warmed up and in neutral.
The solution? there was a bad solonoid causing the problem.
Also, if you're changing the line, make sure you don't put the line on too tight, because that can cause it to blow out on you, too.
so just check your solonoid, and check to make sure you didn't overtighten the line.
