hey guys I got those small turbos. I thought they were for bikes or something but when I checked garrett website. I found that GT25 and GT28 have the same measurements. so I listed it as a GT25 then a guy told me that it is a GT28RS. so i changed the auction's discription. compressor A/R .80, Turbine A/R .64. I'm sure more guys here know about small turbos than me since some JDM 240sx came turbo.
