95 Cirrus Starts then shuts off.

My 95 Chrysler Cirrus LX starts but shuts off in about 2-3 secs. We thought it was the fuel pump and fuel filter so we changed it. Does the same thing. There is fuel coming out the fuel line in the front when I disconnected it. A friend tried running propane through the air intake and actually started and ran good to my surprise. Please help. Also changed oil and oil filter. No alarm.
