Dome light

I have a 95 Monte. The dome light seems to stay on the whole time. I looked for switches so when you closed the door it would go out. But none to be foumd. Does anyone out there know what would cause this? Thanks

it is very possible the door switch wire has shorted out to the car frame...the switch may have internally failed as well..

Question Re: Dome light

Frank , have you checked the headlight switch ? The dome light can be turned on with it , it may be in the " on " position ?
