Coolant cycle problem on my 2.2 94 camry

Hi

I recently install a rebuilt radiator to my camry. However my coolant wont suck back to radiator after engine cool down. I replaced a new radiator cap, but no luck. the reservoir tank is always full of antifreez, and i have to add more coolant every few weeks since it keeps loosing coolant through the air pressure releasing hole.
Is anyone experienced this before or any idea ?
I thought of replace theomstat, but a friend told me it's not the cause to my problem.
Need help badly ><,
PS should I use orange antifreeze or green one, or either is fine ?
Mine is 94' 4 cyl

Thanks in advance.

Check that the hose from the radiator to the overflow tank is not cracked, check were the hose attaches to the rad & tank and the tank itself. It needs vacuum to draw it back to the radiator.
Since it came with the orange stuff you might as well stick with it. If you do switch, do a complete flush! The two do not mix well and can fill your passages with gue.

Whoops! I didn't notice this post was so darn old. If it's not fixed by now you have probably already pushed it off a cliff!
