1994 chrysler cirrus HELP!!

i have a 1994 cirrus with 175k. motor has no power at all. when sitting at an idle, the whole car vibrates and shakes really bad. it takes a long time to get up to speed and when u rev the motor, there is a loud whistle sound coming from the intake.

Re: 1994 chrysler cirrus HELP!!

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me, look at all hoses to the intake manifold for cracks or crank the engine and listen for leaks with it running. Hope this points you in the right direction.
