Yo, I just bought an 04 2.5L Forester. The motor is identical to the one in my 04 2.5rs impreza. The problem is that it is idling at 400 rpms and needs to be idled up.

I have played with the nuts on the throttle cable, but I still haven't managed to get the car to stay idled at 900 like I want. Any suggestions?
