Exclamation 5 Gears??? I believe it deserves 6!!!

Hi guys, I`m new, and I am wożndering why doesn`t EVO VII have a 6 speed gearbox, like the Subaru?

--I heard it had 5 gearbox, and couldnit believe my ears...

and just another question: does the regular road version have top speed of 180 Km/h ? (only 110 MPH) ...

Yes the Lancer Evolution (all of them I think) has a 5 speed gear box. The reason is to keep the torque more concentrated. That way you have stronger gears. Also the top speed is 180k/h. But that is an artificial limit imposed by an ECU. Skylines have the same chip. You can remove it easily.
