Start with the basics.

CAI = Cold Air Intake
Exhaust
Maybe Headers, but not always the case.

Suspension.
Brakes

This would be what you want to start to work on. Then other things will just come up as you improve them.

Exclamation Hooking up your Accord

Sup man, i have a 97 accord sedan, but they are exactly the same thing. I have clear bumpers, clear corners, new silver paint job, custom spoiler, 17" Katana K-5 Rims, Xenon headlights, Exhaust, Gen. 1 Euro Taillights, a custom emblem on the back, and 20 proof mirror tint all the way around, i'll try to get pics on here sometime. I did mostly cosmetics to the car, cause i drive 250-300 miles a week, and i need gas mileage. See, what the magazines don't tell you is the gas mileage you get when you put mods in your car. If you put a cold air intake, header, and exhaust in your car, you won't gain that much hp, at least noticable hp. Honda engines are already tweaked for the best gas mileage possible out of the current engine. Anything you do to it will lower the gas mileage, and gain like 2 or 3 hp. I don't think its worth it at all. Everyone should read this who doesn't know about how mods affect economics. I'll explain more if people are interested. What exactly would you wanna do to your car? You can replace almost every existing thing on 96-97 accords. just matters what you wanna do. Msg me if you have more questions.

This guy is freakin stupid. Dont listen to this bull. by adding a Cold Air Intake you will notice that you gas milage will improve sum bit, and also you will notice that your car will be alot quicker in the upper rpms. I put a cold air intake on all my cars and i can always tell a difference. Headers and a new exhaust will help too. I jus put a CAI on a 96 sedan and not only does it sound meaner, but you can feel a difference. Good exterior upgrades would be rims, black housing projector headlights, lowering springs, type r grill, clear bumper turn signal, carbon fiber hood. All i have say is dont get gay euro tail lights and a big wing. Getting you tail lights smoked would look good.

Please don't drag up six year old threads and respond to them.

Closing it now.
