2003 4Runner SE - Brake Pedal Electric Hum

Hi All!

My 2003 Sport Edition has been doing something that used to be seldom, but has been doing it more and more lately.

Sometimes I can feel the brake pedal "hum" as if the pressure in the brake line was being increased. This "hum" has been happening more and more often.

PLEASE tell me it is NOT a problem with the master cylinder!
