Unhappy CELICA MK5 Electric problem - HELP

I have a 1990 right hand drive Celica 1998cc engine.
I was driving down the road and following systems flickere don and off - and then failed totally:
Wipers
Indicators
Windows
Speedometer
Battery indicator
Internal Heaters

I am not sure what caused this. I have recently removed and recharged battery - so was wondering if a fuse has blown. I checked the two fuse boxes under the bonnet and they seem fine - but i am not sure where the internal fuse box is. The manual indicate somewhere its not!

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP

I would suggest a electric diagnosis...it will cost you about 60 bucks but at least you can be very certain with what you need to do....

Check your alternator. When they go bad, you can have really strange electical symptoms.
