frozen gas?

I have a 91 corolla. I don't drive it in the winter, which is what it basically is here in Indiana. I went out to start it just to let it run for a bit. It keeps cranking and sounds ike its trying to fire. I gave it some gas and it started but sounded like it was only running on two cylinders or something and shut off. Could the gas be frozen? I'm assuming everything electrical is working fine. I just think its not getting the fuel and there is atleast a quarter of a tank left in it. Its fuel injected. And I usually give it a start about once a week just so everything doesn't settle too much.
