help with timing/head gasket

hi,i have a 96 kia sportage 4x4 with a dohc, my water pump went out, and i blew my head gasket. i need to know what i have to do to adjust the timing when i put the head back on, it being a dohc and all. i could really use some help!

Go to this link for a Factory Service Manual that will help: You'll have to register (free)

Kia Global Information System (KGIS)

Did yiou click on the REGISTER button? IT worked for couple minutes ago.

Here is another site:

enter 123456789 for library card number- submit
click on the box with a library name in it, somemore library's will appear-choose Public Library of Cincinnati- submit
scroll down to Auto Repair Reference Center- click on it
choose year, make, model

yes, but the page didnt show up, and on the link you just posted, when i click on automotive repair on the bottom, where all the libraries are, it says the page cannot be found.

it is there, when you add your details and submit, yes it says, terms etc, look by the page for add your details, my terms was located on a link on the right hand side, click, and scroll and accept, then close terms then resend your registering details.
