I HAVE A 98 KIA SPORTAGE AND MY WIPERS AND WINDOWS WONT WORK. I USE TO BE ABLE TO MOVE THE KEY AROUND BUT NOW IT WANT DO ANYTHING. HELP

YOu seem to mean that by moving the ignition key around in the ignition switch, it would evenetually make the wipers/window work....so you must have a faulty ignition switch...
