1989 new yorker ???????

i am working on a 1989 new yorker for a customer and we need to make she we know this exact problem/???? first off it runs fine but has a water leak under the intake manifold the "Inlet pipe" runs under there but the water drips from both sides by the water pump and by the tranny cold this be the "Inlet pipe" or would it be the water pump or a "O" ring? and if it was the "Inlet pipe" do i have to pull the water pump? and if so is the water pump ran by the surp belt or the timing belt? anything helps thanks guys
