7.3 diesel blow by?

I own 96 F350 7.3 turbo diesel. 110k miles. It is very cold blooded. Seems to run good at temp BUT... there is exhaust coming from oil dipstick tube. At idle and higher RPM. What could this be caused from?
HELP!!!

sounds like a crank case ventelation problem
