juiser AF Newbie Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Simcoe Posts: 1	replaced water pump and t.b. won't start water pump broke replaced with new pump and t.b. put back together engine turns over but will not start. smell fuel so injectors seem to be working. need advice on timing procedure placement of roller tensioners
