Question 1994 mazda B4000 question

I have a 1994 mazda b4000 pickup. What are the differences between it and a ford ranger? I need to get some replacement parts and when i go looking for mazda parts their arent that many to choose from. I know that it and the ranger are suppose to be the same but i want to make sure before i order something for a ranger and it not fit on my mazda. If they are interchangable with me having a 1994 b4000 what year should i be looking for? If this question has already been asked I'm sorry I'm asking it again. I new to the mazda and just need a little guidance. thanks
