89 Dodge spirit 3.0 idleing issue error code 38

I have an 89 dodge spirit and it idles and starts real rough but once rpms get to rollin it runs fine. i got the fault code of 38 from the check engine light i think. have replaced o2 sensorer and ideas?

I didn't see a code 38, anywhere. Can you recheck codes? I did see a service bulletin on, extended crank and rough idle, it talks about injector/s leaking. That is just one possibility, you need to recheck codes. Can you check fuel pressure and bleed-off?

yea the fuel pressure is good but im thinkinking it has to be a sensor problem some where. alot of other dodge spirits of close years have the same issue any know what they did to fix this problem? but it was cleary a 38 code
