We purchased a pre-owned Odyssey last year. The rear entertainment system has worked well, with no glitches. However, while playing a DVD recently, the screen suddenly went black. DVDs still play, and the sound to the system still works, but we can't get anything on the screen.

If this is a major problem, we won't be able to afford to fix it, so I'm hoping to find some simple solution! Has anyone else had this happen? Any ideas?

Could be a loose/pinched wire? Trying monkeying around with the housing - haven't looked at these so not sure how its mounted, should be a few screws that hold the thing up. Sounds like the screen isnt getting power or is toast, not sure on the size but replacements are usually $100 for a cheapy upto $500 or more for the baller ones.
