I've rebuilt my Chevy S-10, 4.3l, 1994 4wd 5spd nv3500 transmission. Put in new synchro kit and seal.

I'm now having trouble with grinding when shifting into 2nd gear, cannot down shift into 2nd and will pop out of reverse.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to correct this.
