Unhappy Wet Floor Board Driver Side

Hi ~ My 93 trooper 140k has a wet floor board on the driver side. It appears to have been wet for quite awhile and I've never bothered with it until now.

I'm told there is some sort of plug that is blocked and I'm hoping to find out more information about what I need to do to take care of it.

Thank you!

Re: Wet Floor Board Driver Side

I'm assuming it's not your heater core since you didn't mention the smell of antifreeze. Possibly the condensation drain tube from your a/c. Another possibility might be underneath the fresh air inlet (grill in front of the windshield) might have it's drain holes plugged with grime allowing moisture to enter the cab. Can you tell where it's coming from as far as how high up on the firewall, kick panels, etc?

I don't know where it is coming from. The wet spot doesn't run up the to the gas, brake, or clutch. It's just got a nice wet spot where you would normally set your feet if you were not driving. . .

Any thoughts? How could I look for a plugged hose to clean?
