When I first get in my car and hit the gas pedal it sticks, after
that it is fine. Dont know where to start or what to test on this
one.

Carbon build-up behind the throttle body butterfly.

Get some carb/throttle body cleaner and a toothbrush, warm the engine up, shut down, remove the intake ducts, and carefully spray into the housing, and give it the once-over. Try to get the backside of the butterfly holding it open.

Ya The TB can get pretty dirty.

It's easy enough to pull off to clean, and you can do a better job that way.

Heres What mine looked like after 155,000 KM (94,000 miles)
