03 Durango occasional rough idle?

I pulled up to a stop light yesterday afternoon, and right as I came to a complete stop the engine sputtered for a few seconds, I really didn't notice any change on the tach, just a little stutter that wasn't normal . It is my wife's daily driver and she said that she has had it do the same thing to her a couple times in the last week or so and she "forgot" to tell me about it. Any ideas? It's the 4.7, has about 110k miles on it, bought it w/ 95k on it and had to have the oil pump replaced right away, but it has run/driven awesome since then. Supposedly it had a tune up including new plugs and wires when I bought it. I have put on a K&N air filter shortly after I purchased it as well. Any ideas? It is aparently kinda random, and we have only noticed it when at a complete stop while in gear with foot on brake. It doesn't happen all the time.

Thanks!
