How is the basic tune up end?
Good AC - Delco plugs?
Any cold air intake stuff or cone filters?
Have you tested the fuel pressure?
What is the engine vacuum reading at idle and at 2K rpm?
Do you ever see the checking light flash?
Can you feel a miss fire on a hill?
Why was fuel pump and tps replaced?
Ac Delco fuel pump?

Re: 1998 blazer runs well except on hills?????

The fuel pump was really loud, not just normal wine/hum sound, and also was suspected of the power loss on hills. then when that didn't work a mechanic guessed at the tps. Fuel pressure is good. no light ever comes on, and i am always keeping an eye out for it. no miss fire just wont accellerate on hills, you push the petal and then nothing push a little more then a short burst of acceleration and back to 1300-1500rpm and repeats
