2004 blazer clunk when turning and backing up from left front

i have a 2004 s10 blazer with a pop clunk noise when backing up and turning at the same time it has 80.000 miles and has done this since 40.000 mile has new balljoints idler arm and control arm bushings can anyone help

You need to jack it up and have a look under there.
