A kid i know traded a piece of shit for a piece of shit. and when he bought it the kid told him he was a honda tech which when i got under the dash i realized was a complete and total lie judging from the electrical tape job done on the wiring harness in some attempt at doing something.
now the car wont rev over 3200 and i haven't ever had to deal with that so i don't know what it is. anyways he asked me for help and I dont feel like trying to figure it all out so i was wondering if i could just rip the wiring harness out of the junker 89 integra that has a zc and throw that in there for him. would that work if that is even the problem? also the wiring harness that is in the civic has some wire slots in the harness with nothing in them

Best bet would be to get another 90 civic harness and mod it as needed for the ZC
