Can anyone help me? I just paid a Honda dealer $50 to lose the end of the drainage hose to my moon roof. The hoses shrink and then cause water to come on inside of car. The driverside was a pretty easy fix once we figured out what it was. Now the passenger side was leaking into my car. Not a huge leak like the drivers side was, but I wanted it fixed before that happened. I explained it to the service guys and told them that must be only part of the hose came unattached because the majority of the water was draining on the outside like it should. The problem this time is that I couldn't find the drain hole on the inside of the car. He told me they would have to take apart the glove compartment and access it from in there. I left it there this morning and by noon they were calling saying it was going to cost me $500. to fix because the hose was "lost" and they now needed to take apart the hood liner and run a new hose. When I got there I found out that the idiot pulled out the rubber piece that the tube fits into from the outside. So, obviously being that the hose was on the inside and already coming out, when he yanked it out tfrom the outside the hose fell out and fell down inside the car. the access hole from the outside is about the size of a quarter, and I can't find anyway on the inside to access it. Please HELP.
