My radiator water is disappearing but I see no radiator water under the car. The only way, I would know that the water has decreased is from my Temp. gauge ... It would go up hitting the red mark then coming back to normal; that's when I would know some water is missing.

Any suggestions or ideas ?

Wild guess says Lower Intake Gasket.

Check your oil and coolant, does it look like chocolate milkshake?

I suggest using antifreeze along with the water to keep the temp in the normal range to prevent the engine from overheating.
