89Firebird2.8 AF Regular Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Salt Lake, Utah Posts: 280	Remote Keyless Entry on an 89 How difficult is it to install a remote keyless entry system on an 89 firebird? __________________ 1989 Firebird 2.8l V6 Red and White w/flames. Stock. Daily Driver. 197,000 miles, will it make the 200K mark? Who knows? Almost as many starters as miles 1967 Firebird 400 V8 Convertible. Primer Grey with green bondo spots. Cam, Headers, Dual Exhaust w/glasspacks, larger valves, 4bbl carb. TH400 w/ Shift Kit. My dad's ride, but will be mine someday. Mileage unknown, doesn't have original speedo, switched the 120 for a 160.

I don't know. I have a keyless entry and alarm ready to go in my 93, but I've been too lazy. Assuming you already have automatic locks, judging by the instructions that came with mine it doesn't look THAT hard, just time consuming.
